Ingredients
- Dried Sorrel - 1 cup
- Brown Sugar - 2 cups
- Ground Ginger - 1 tsp
- Cinnamon - 1/4 cup
- vanilla pod - 1
- Orange - Zest of 1
- Water - Boiled
- Egg - 1 beaten
- Puff Pastry - 1 Slice
- Brie - 2 Lbs
- Sorrel Jam - To serve
- Water - 1 tsp

Instructions
- Sorrel jam instructions Combine sugar, sorrel, lemon zest, water in a medium sized pot.
- Bring to a boil as petal becomes soft Reduce heat, and cook until thickened.
